1. SITE PLAN REVIEW: By MGL Ch. 40A, Sec.10 and the Hamilton Zoning Bylaw,
the Board is requested to review Parking Lot Improvements at the Trustees of Reservations Parking
The lot is located on the northern portion of Highland Road (north of Black Brook). The applicant is the
Trustees of Reservations, 75 Walcott Street, Walpole, MA 02081, who are proposing to expand and
reconstruct the existing parking lot with a formalization of spaces, entry, and addition of two handicap
spaces, resulting in a 39-car compacted gravel lot to serve their various functions. The subject
property is within the residential R.A. zoning district and is also known as Assessors Map 8 Parcel 6.
2. STATUS REPORT ON THE COMPEHENSIVE PLAN FOR THE TOWN CENTER.

6. BOARD TO VOTE TO ENTER EXECUTIVE SESSION. Board to vote to enter Executive
Session pursuant to G.L. c.30A, section 21(a)(3): To discuss strategy with respect to litigation if
an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the Planning Board
