The applicant is the Trustees of Reservations, 75 Walcott Street, Walpole, MA 02081, who are proposing to expand and reconstruct the existing parking lot with a formalization of spaces, entry, and addition of two handicap spaces, resulting in a 39-car compacted gravel lot to serve their various functions.
